Now this is really cool... I quite like the moleskine notebooks (although I never really take enough notes to make it worthwhile carry it around) but here they have really hit the nail on the head: Moleskine city notebooks are basically guidebooks, that you can write yourself. have a look over at moleskine.com

travel guide reading in february

The last couple of weeks I noticed, that a lot of people are reading travel guidebooks at the moment. You can spot them on trains and in busses. They are marking their books and preparing for the big summer holiday. My travelguide (the rough guide to spain) has arrived a few weeks ago but I have put it to the others on the bookshelf. So whenever I see somebody reading a guidebook I feel guilty. Anyway still looking forward to a two weeks Andalucia trip with Barbara :)

Off to Malmö

I'm off to Sweden to see my girlfriend. Two days in Malmö. Apparently they are blowing up money transporters in Sweden which means I'll need to get some cash before leaving Switzerland.. We'll also be going to check out Derrick May, who I've seen a couple of years ago and who will probably kick ass as usual!

off to barcelona

I packed my things and am ready to leave for barcelona. I'll be there to attend a conference on accessibility which also means that I'll have to wear a tie and hold a speech. Anyway I just discovered that the hotel looks splendid and I should have stayed over the weekend but no stupid as I am I have booked an early return flight on friday. My camera has arrived but needs to be picked up at the postoffice and yes the records have been sold and will soon be picked up by the lucky buyer luk! I'll be putting up a new package soon.
