just another buzzword? I like the concept behind it but it's not really new. There's always been focus groups and customer driven innovation. some companies more, others less. However the term crowdsourcing could indeed give the topic a good boost: As always a good name for a concept is needed for managers to remember it :)

return to reality

I have just spent an incredible week at helengeli in the maldives. What was a very spontaneous trip turned out to be a dream holiday: I did not wear socks or shoes for the whole week, did not carry a watch or a mobile and have not thought once to check e-mails or the likes. 31 degrees during the day, 26 at night and not a single day with bad weather. An underwaterworld I could not really imagine which we explored by snorkling around the house reef everyday. It's quite a struggle to go back to work and when I look out of the window I don't see the sun and the sea but the fog and the rain. As soon as I get round to polish the pictures taken I'll upload them to flickr. Until then here's a first teaser of our manta snorkling trip last saturday:
