I'll be flying off to london for a couple of days. I don't know if I should be looking forward to it or not. All I know is it will be way too expensive. I'll post some pictures soon (hopefully)..

Respekt Sunrise!

Auf unserem Dach steht eine Sunrise GSM Antenne. Weiter kein Problem, da diese ja eher wagrecht denn senkrecht strahlen. Ein Problem ist aber der Versorgungsschlauch für die Klimaanlage (ja solche Antennen müssen offenbar gekühlt werden), welcher direkt beim Schlafzimmer vorbeiführt. Wenn die Klimaanlage sich einschaltet, hören wir ein Summen vor dem Fenster. Nicht laut aber eben auch nicht angenehm. Gestern habe ich auf die Hauptnummer von TDC Sunrise angerufen. Dort wurde ich sofort an die richtige Stelle verbunden. Obwohl die Frau nicht dort war, hat sie mich umgehend zurückgerufen und anschliessend meine Anfrage an die für "unsere" Antenne zuständige Person weitergereicht. Diese Person wiederum hat sich bei mir telefonisch erkundigt, ob meine Nummer an eine Drittfirma weitergegeben werden darf, da die Wartung nicht durch Sunrise erfolgt. Er hat mir ausserdem versprochen, dass sich die dann in ein paar Tagen bei mir melden werden. Gemeldet haben sie sich 10 Minuten später mit viel Verständnis und dem Versprechen, sich der Sache noch diese Woche anzunehmen! Ich lästere gerne über miese Kundenservices aber wenn es so gut läuft muss man auch mal positiv berichten!
